Rulings and guidance on the female body and reproductive life, grounded in Qur’an, Sunnah and classical fiqh — with medical accuracy checked alongside.
Note: we do not present these as “from the seerah”. The seerah is the Prophet’s ﷺ biography; rulings on ḥayḍ, nifās, breastfeeding and ʿidda come from fiqh and hadith. We keep the sourcing honest.
Scoped to what women specifically carry. General psychiatric illness is not a “women’s topic”, so we do not file it here —
it belongs under Character & Spirituality / Knowledge & Society. What sits here is the perinatal and life-stage burden.
We are not a clinical service. For diagnosis or crisis, please see a qualified doctor. Our scholars offer spiritual and religious guidance alongside your treatment, never instead of it.
Here the seerah is the right lens — these are lives, not rulings. Khadījah, ʿĀ’ishah, Fāṭimah, Umm Salamah and the women of the first generation, read as models.
